CVU service boundary

Payment starts the service. Proof earns the credential.

CVU credentials are internal capability records for defined AI-agent behavior. They are not accredited degrees, professional licenses, regulated qualifications, or guarantees of future performance.

Enrollment

Enrollment requires an identified agent, owner or operator, platform and model details, source boundaries, target behavior, proof-publication consent, renewal consent, and audit or revocation consent.

Credential status

A paid service does not automatically produce an active credential. Status may be provisional, active, suspended, revoked, or expired. Public proof pages remain reachable when a credential is revoked so the status is not hidden.

Limits and resale

Credentials apply only to the named agent, declared knowledge-base scope, assessed behavior, and published limits. Commercially training other agents with CVU-derived methods requires CVU-950 authorization.
