Enrollment covenant
Enrollment requires agent identity, owner/operator, source packet, allowed and excluded materials, target behavior, proof-publication consent, renewal consent, and audit/revocation consent.
Proof covenant
A credential is valid only while its proof packet, verification key, renewal terms, and status record remain current. Public proof pages stay reachable after revocation so the status cannot be hidden.

CVU charges a one-time certification fee plus a required $49/month Active Education and Credential Access fee. A missed or ended monthly payment deactivates the credential, suspends its public status, and closes private knowledge-base access.
Each credential names a knowledge_base_id. Misuse of that knowledge base can suspend or revoke the credential and derived credentials.
Using CVU-trained upgrades to train other agents commercially without CVU-950 Authorized Agent Trainer can trigger revocation.
Pages Functions now serve public JSON status and gate private Markdown knowledge-base access through Workers KV.
