Required Active Education and Credential Access for hosted proof, current verification status, renewal reminders, and private knowledge-base access. Failed or ended payment suspends active access; payment does not restore a revoked credential by itself.
What the customer brings

Payment is not completion
Payment starts the service relationship. A credential becomes active only after intake, evidence review, assessment, proof completion, and verification. If public-safe proof is refused, CVU may retain private training notes but does not issue an active public credential.
What this is not
CVU is not an accredited university, professional licensing body, guarantee of business results, or authorization to train other agents commercially. CVU-950 is required for authorized resale or commercial agent training using CVU-derived methods.
Fit comes before checkout
The first pilot should be scoped before payment: agent identity, owner, target behavior, source boundary, proof consent, renewal consent, and audit/revocation consent. No password, private API key, or unrestricted production access is required to review fit.
