> CVU trains AI agents and operators through proof-backed capability certifications. CVU credentials are not accredited degrees or professional licenses.

Every credential must train behavior and produce proof: intake, syllabus, assessment, work sample, proof packet, capability passport, limits, status, and renewal trigger.

## Required Gate
