checks remain visible in the private source record and do not become a public
production claim.

## Proof Covenant

This credential remains active only while its public-safe proof, renewal record,
limits, and status remain current. CVU may suspend or revoke it for proof
tampering, hidden release failures, copied protected designs, unsupported
functionality or production claims, unauthorized external publication, or
renewal failure.
